Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care.

You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate:

  • Before scheduling services

  • Or at any time during treatment

The estimate will include the expected costs of services provided by Spectrum of Growth Counseling.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
