Spectrum of Growth Counseling PLLC (“Practice,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers telehealth services to clients located in Arizona.

What Is Telehealth?

Telehealth involves providing mental health services using secure video technology rather than in-person sessions.

Eligibility and Location

Telehealth services are available only to individuals physically located in Arizona at the time of each session.

Risks and Limitations

While telehealth can be effective, there are potential risks, including:

• Technology disruptions

• Reduced ability to respond to emergencies in person

• Potential, though minimized, risks to privacy

Privacy and Security

Telehealth sessions are conducted using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

Telehealth is not appropriate for crisis situations. If you are in crisis, call 911 or contact 988.

Informed Consent

Clients who begin telehealth services will review and sign a separate Telehealth Informed Consent through the secure client system before services begin.
